- Social media is a place where the communication between the artist and the audience occurs. The platform is crucial for an artist to continuously update their new products and get engagement directly, especially when the technology has developed significantly.
What will be included in the social media pages?
- Music artists utilize social media to maintain their star image. Their accounts usually highlight their career, such as prizes, songs released, behind-the-scenes clips, and personal updates. This aligns with branding, which will create a recognizable persona of the artist.
- In the biography, we expect to see other platforms’ links, which will lead the audience to their newest product —> use of cross media convergence.

These actions assist the artist in keeping the fan loyalty and creates a sense of closeness.
